You should be on a page with 2 tabs namely Review and Analytics
On the Review Bundle Tab, Scroll down to the very bottom. That is after Name, Description, Status and Participants, Content and Revenue Split.
You'll see a button labelled "Approve and Join Bundle"
Click it and that's all
NB: Every participant must approve and join the bundle for the bundle to start and a support message has been sent to itch.io to even out the splits (fractional splits aren't available to hosts but only itch).

Also, question: would you ever consider uploading .pdf/local, non-web version of the documents for things like Abilities?
Of course! I plan on making PDFs for abilities and traits soon, I just need the time.
